So I figured out everything wrong with Forza 5

1. The progression isn't as streamlined as it was in previous games.

2. Keeping the level reward the same is just a poor choice that doesn't reflect the amount of time spent

3. No auction house or selling cars? That is so key to forza that Also stonewalls people from advancing to more expensive cars faster.

4. Online is totally broken, at least in my experience

Everything else is brilliant, but I don't know, the economy stuff just has me a tad disappointed.

I love auction house, I scored a fully-modified F50 in threeza for a song compared to a new one and I didn't give one damn that someone leveled it out. R2/R3 speed domination!

Missed a ton of issues.

Biggest problem though? It doesn't seem like they quality tested anything to find what worked and what didn't. And if they did they completely blew off their testers.

The thing is, the game itself is solid and bug free. QA isn't the issue, it's consumer data they didn't take in to account

Yes the actual driving is bug free (not even going to take a stab at the AI system), however every other aspect of the game is full of massive flaws. That very much falls into quality control. That's like saying, well the car drives PERFECT. However the AC never works, the radio only picks up static, the seats are horrid, and there's zero headroom.

Between the complaints about FM5 and the complaints that GT5 got in regards to standard cars, loading times, sounds and the like, I've come to the conclusion that 5 just isn't the lucky number for a console racing sim.

Yes, these are a few... I'm mainly disappointed about the lack of community vinyls for sale, and some of the body kits (primarily front bumpers) are unable to be painted completely... going into the game I knew the tracks and cars had been cut down significantly but didn't expect the track variations to be so limited as well... and the lack of essential vehicles... The dlc should be crazy/bonkers/don't have a place in the game vehicles.. like the Halo warthog, Ford model T, modern SUVs, jet propulsion drag cars, lunar rovers?? Don't make me pay for the LaFerrari, Caterham, 77' Escort, 575M, Ferrari 250, Peugeot 205... It is beautiful though! and I can paint Kimi's car in Vettel colors or his future Ferrari livery.
